The recipes are very varied, easy to eat, created as a large range: from grilled products, meat products (mincemeat balls, schnitzel, Shanghai chicken, etc), to a choice of salads for any taste (boeuf salad, “a la russe” salad, aubergine salad, etc) and various other kind of cooking dishes (“sarmale” (forcemeat rolls in cabbage); bean paste, “zacusca” (hotchpotch of eggplants and other vegetables), “drob” (Haggis) etc).

There are 2 kind of packing: casseroles of about 2 kg – or gastro – for assisted sale and casseroles of about 350g – or retail sale – for self-service.
